Walmart API Compliance
Company Overview
Full Send PCMS is a cloud based warehouse management and fulfillment software developed and operated by Bracken Labs LLC. Full Send PCMS provides operational tooling for ecommerce sellers and logistics operators to manage inbound inventory, outbound fulfillment, and order processing across multiple sales channels.
Full Send PCMS is a standalone software platform. The software is operated independently and may be used by multiple fulfillment providers and sellers.
Intended Use of Walmart APIs
Full Send PCMS is requesting access to Walmart Marketplace APIs for the sole purpose of supporting seller authorized fulfillment operations, including:
• Walmart Fulfillment Services inbound shipment visibility and workflow support
• Seller Fulfilled orders, including Walmart Marketplace Direct to Consumer shipments
• Order retrieval for fulfillment execution
• Shipment confirmation and tracking updates
• Inventory visibility and synchronization related to fulfillment operations
Full Send PCMS does not create product listings, modify pricing, manage advertising, or perform any unauthorized marketplace actions.
All API access is initiated only after explicit authorization from the seller.
Seller Authorization and Access Control
Full Send PCMS operates strictly under seller granted authorization.
• Each seller must explicitly authorize Full Send PCMS via Walmart’s API authorization process
• API credentials are scoped per seller and are never shared across accounts
• Sellers may revoke access at any time
• No seller data is accessed without prior authorization
Full Send PCMS does not aggregate seller data across accounts for competitive analysis or resale.
Data Usage and Data Minimization
Full Send PCMS accesses only the minimum data required to perform fulfillment operations.
Data accessed may include:
• Order identifiers
• Shipping addresses
• SKU identifiers
• Quantity and fulfillment instructions
• Carrier and tracking data
Customer data is used exclusively for order fulfillment and operational execution.
Full Send PCMS does not use Walmart data for marketing, analytics resale, customer profiling, or any non operational purpose.
Data Storage and Security
Full Send PCMS follows industry standard security practices.
• All data in transit is encrypted using TLS
• All data at rest is encrypted
• Access to production systems is restricted by role based access control
• Credentials and tokens are securely stored and rotated as required
Customer and seller data is retained only as long as necessary for fulfillment, accounting, and legal compliance.
Data Sharing and Third Parties
Full Send PCMS does not sell, rent, or share Walmart seller or customer data with third parties.
Data is shared only with:
• Authorized fulfillment operators acting on behalf of the seller
• Carriers and shipping services required to complete delivery
No data is shared for advertising, enrichment, or resale.
Compliance with Walmart Policies
Full Send PCMS commits to full compliance with:
• Walmart Marketplace API Terms of Use
• Walmart Seller Data Protection Requirements
• Walmart Marketplace Policies
• Applicable data privacy regulations
Any changes to data usage, storage, or system architecture that impact compliance will be reflected promptly in this document.
Revocation and Incident Response
If API access is revoked by a seller or Walmart:
• Access to seller data is immediately disabled
• Tokens are invalidated
• No further data is accessed
In the event of a security incident, Full Send PCMS will notify Walmart and affected sellers in accordance with Walmart policy and applicable law.
